On June 9, 1996, a convention took place at the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last for two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the Municipality. The total allocated amount for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation services will also be enhanced, along with the establishment of listening and gathering centers.
