Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with EU Funding and Community Support

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable individuals.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European Union funds.

Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
