Start of the agreement and participants

On early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Participants included some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various voluntary organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weak groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
