Start of the agreement and participants

On June 9, 1996, an agreement was signed at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which will last two years, aims especially to improve the living conditions of elderly people and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed by regional and European funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transports will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
