Start of the agreement and participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event saw participation from several representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total allocated funds for the initiative amount to about one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker segments. Social transport services will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
