Start of the agreement and participants

On the late June 1996 day, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in ^’ the operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable categories.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
