Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding for Vulnerable Groups

On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project in support of the most socially vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering points will also be strengthened.
