On early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved representatives from local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative’s implementation amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union grants.
