Desenzano Lago Parking Theft: 27-Year-Old Moroccan Man Arrested
A 27-year-old man, identified as Moroccan and without a fixed address, was arrested in Desenzano del Garda after allegedly forcing a parked car door at a private lakeside area in Via Agello and stealing cash and personal items. The incident was reported by the facility manager, who called 112, prompting the intervention of the Desenzano del Garda Public Security Police Office. Officers located the suspect as he tried to flee, stopped him after a brief chase, and charged him with attempted aggravated theft and resisting a public official.
During the arrest, the man allegedly resisted actively by kicking and attacking officers. A subsequent search allowed police to recover much of the stolen property, which was later returned to the owner. After further checks, the 27-year-old was made available to the judicial authorities; the Questore ordered his expulsion process, issuing a mandatory “foglio di via” (leave order) with a three-year ban on returning to Desenzano del Garda.
