The 3.0 magnitude quake, which occurred during the night between Tuesday, May 20, and Wednesday, May 21, had its epicenter approximately 2 kilometers northeast of Trambileno, in the province of Trento, at an estimated depth of 2 kilometers. According to the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), the earthquake struck at 00:37 and, although it caused no damage or injuries, it was felt in several locations up to 20 kilometers from the epicenter, including Arco, Dro, Nago-Torbole, and Riva del Garda.
