Garda Area Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri to Sell Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shop owners, artisans, and restaurateurs in the Middle and Upper Garda areas, offering subscriptions to army magazines.

These are not military personnel, but fraudsters who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance department, the police, the fire brigade, or the municipal police.
