Two men, aged 41 and 30, have been arrested by the Carabinieri of the Salò Company on serious charges that include kidnapping, torture, and sexual violence aggravated by cruelty. The operation concluded on October 9, following a complex investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Brescia. The investigation began on September 11, after a Brazilian woman was found unconscious on a secondary road in Polpenazze del Garda, bound hand and foot. According to investigative reconstructions, the victim had gone to a villa in Soprazocco di Gavardo on September 9 to attend an event that turned into a nightmare. During the kidnapping, she was allegedly forced to take drugs and subjected to extremely brutal physical and sexual violence. After the abuses, the assailants attempted to mislead the investigation by abandoning her, still tied up, along the road.
