Verona Hosts Second Annual SOL Expo Showcasing Olive Oil Innovation Starting March 1

Veronafiere will host the second edition of SOL Expo from March 1-3, 2026, an international event dedicated to olive oil and the olive sector. The event will feature over 90 conferences, tastings, and masterclasses aimed at professionals, companies, and enthusiasts, highlighting Italian and global olive oil excellence.

The opening ceremony on March 1 will include speeches from Veronafiere president Federico Bricolo, Verona’s mayor Damiano Tomasi, and other institutional figures, with the Minister of Agriculture, Francesco Lollobrigida, attending. The program includes key sector discussions on market challenges, sustainability, and international trade, alongside tastings, mixology masterclasses, and entertainment, making SOL Expo a comprehensive B2B2C platform at Veronafiere’s Pavilion 12.
