Two tourists, a young man and an adult, were rescued at Lake Garda after encountering difficulties while in Castelletto di Brenzone. The two had jumped from a speedboat for a swim but were unable to climb back on board. During a surveillance operation in the area, the Guardia di Finanza noticed the drifting vessel, which contained only a few personal belongings.
An immediate recovery operation was launched, successfully bringing the tourists to safety with the help of another boat. They were transported to Gargnano, where it was determined that the young man had suffered a health issue, complicating their return to the vessel. Fortunately, both are doing well and did not sustain any serious injuries.
