Gardone Riviera: the gastronomic excellence of the starred restaurant
The Grand Hotel Fasano in Gardone Riviera has kicked off the summer season with new culinary offerings at its Michelin-starred restaurant, Il Fagiano, led by Chef Maurizio Bufi, and at the trattoria Il Pescatore, under the direction of Chef Claudio Santini. The menus feature three tasting journeys: ME morie, Evolution, and Dalla Terra, each providing unique gastronomic experiences through fresh ingredients and creative pairings. Il Fagiano stands out with dishes like the goose raviolo with plum and coconut, while Il Pescatore offers reinterpretations of classics such as seafood risotto.
Additionally, the Rama’s Lounge Bar has introduced a new drink list dedicated to seven countries, with each cocktail inspired by a different region and crafted using local spirits. This initiative aims to tell cultural stories through drinks, enhancing the gastronomic experience at the Grand Hotel Fasano and making it even more memorable. With these innovations, the hotel reaffirms its status as a reference point for lovers of fine cuisine and gastronomy by the lake.
