Alpini Annual Festival and Parade in Salò’s Montesuello
True to their traditions, the Alpini will renew tomorrow their gathering, which coincides with their annual festival. The local Penne Nere, part of the Montesuello section of Salò, have planned an eventful day, enhanced by the Gavardo band and the presence (in addition to many veterans and children) of the Rivoltella ski and rock climber group. The program includes the gathering at 9 a.m. at the group’s headquarters on via Mazzini, followed by a procession for a parade through the town’s streets and ending in front of the Alpino monument, where a Holy Mass will be celebrated along with official speeches.
