Molina di Ledro Tunnel Project Launches with 39 Million Investment

The Molina di Ledro bypass project has entered the design phase, with a tender published on January 8 by the Provincial Agency for Contracts (Apac). The project involves constructing a 1,200-meter tunnel with two roundabouts connecting to the SS240 road, aiming to divert traffic from Molina di Ledro and improve pedestrian safety.

The administrative process now includes appointing a committee to evaluate technical proposals. The project, known as S-1040 Molina di Ledro variant, is funded with a total of 39 million euros. Trento Province President Maurizio Fugatti described the tender publication as a significant step toward the project’s realization.
