Cornuda Initiates Social Inclusion Project Supporting Vulnerable Residents

On June 9, 1996, an agreement was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
The project, which will last for two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total allocated funds for implementing the initiative amount to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.
Planned activities and objectives
The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport services will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
