Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 9, 1996, an agreement was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved representatives from local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total allocated budget for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

Planned Activities and Specific Goals

The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation services will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
