Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding for Vulnerable Groups

On early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ initiative, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighbourhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
