The event was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
The project, which will last two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total funding allocated for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.
Planned activities and objectives
The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport services will also be expanded, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
The project intends to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life for the people involved, also creating opportunities for community gatherings and solidarity among citizens.
The role of institutions and associations
The municipal administration has committed to supporting the initiatives by ensuring security services and coordination among the various parties involved.
Volunteer organizations will play a central role in organizing and managing the activities, guaranteeing active participation from the local community.
