French Triumph at ETF26 European Championship in Campione del Garda as Mourniac Wins

The European ETF26 Championship, part of the Lombardia FOILGP circuit, was held in Campione del Garda from June 10 to 13, 2026. Organized by FIV and Eurosaf, the four-day regatta completed 15 races, with international crews from France, Belgium, Sweden, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, alongside top sailors including Maelle Frascari, Tim Mourniac, Henri Demesmaeker, and Charles Dorange.

The event was supported by Regione Lombardia, with patronage from the Province of Brescia and the Municipality of Tignale, and backing from Pro Loco di Tremosine. The European title was won by the French team Tim Mourniac – Benjamin Amiot – Pierre‑Yves Durand (FRA 10) with 20 net points, followed by Henri Demesmaeker – Charles Dorange – Rasmus Rosengren with 39 points and Matthieu Salomon – Valentin Bellet – Solune Robert (FRA 11) with 40 net points. Univela Sailing SSDARL in Campione del Garda handled logistics, providing venues, sailing school services, and accommodation, while thermal wind conditions allowed the scheduled races to run regularly.
