Lonato in Festival 2026: Contemporary Circus at the Fortress
Lonato in Festival 2026 returns to the breathtaking park of the Rocca di Lonato del Garda for a spectacular new edition celebrating contemporary circus, live music, and open-air performing arts, organized by the Fondazione Ugo Da Como.

Among the most anticipated highlights is “Time to Loop”, a captivating contemporary circus performance blending movement, elegance, and bicycle acrobatics into a seamless poetic journey. For the grand finale on Thursday, August 13, the acclaimed Franco-Italian troupe Circo Zoé returns to Lonato to present “Interlude”, a site-specific creation combining trapeze, tightrope, aerial hoop, and Chinese pole with live electronic and instrumental soundscapes.
Enhancing the festival experience, the Eatinero Food Truck Festival brings a premium selection of regional Italian and international street food to the park, accompanied by roving comic-musical performances by La Piccola Orchestra a Pedali, a whimsical mobile band on wheels transforming the grounds into an open-air stage.

Set against the majestic 15th-century Visconteo-Venetian fortress overlooking Lake Garda, Lonato in Festival weaves historical heritage, natural scenery, and vibrant artistic creativity into an unforgettable summer experience.
The festival takes place from August 7 to 10, 2026, at the Rocca di Lonato del Garda—four unforgettable days of world-class circus arts, music, and gourmet street food in one of Lake Garda’s most historic venues.
